Fixture Installation

Fixture Installation in South Florida for Lighting, Fans, Faucets, and Bath Hardware

Fixture Installation in South Florida for Lighting, Fans, Faucets, and Bath Hardware

Replacing a dated light fixture, a leaking faucet, or a wobbling ceiling fan is one of the highest-value improvements per dollar in any property. It is also the category where small mistakes cause the biggest problems: a fan mounted to a box not rated for motion, a faucet supply line overtightened, or a vanity set on an uneven floor.

Fixture installation covers straightforward like-for-like replacements — swapping an existing fixture for a new one using existing connections. Work that requires new circuits, new supply and drain lines, or panel changes falls to licensed electrical and plumbing contractors, and we will tell you clearly when that line is crossed.

We install fixtures for homeowners, condo residents, landlords updating units, and commercial tenants refreshing a space.

Problems this service solves

  • Dated or damaged light fixtures and vanity lights
  • Wobbling or noisy ceiling fans, often mounted on a box not rated for fans
  • Dripping faucets, corroded shutoff valves, and old braided supply lines
  • Running or rocking toilets and failed wax seals
  • Towel bars, toilet paper holders, and grab bars pulling out of drywall
  • Loose or dated cabinet knobs and pulls throughout a kitchen
  • Rental units needing consistent fixtures across multiple properties

What we install and what we do not

  • Lighting: flush and semi-flush fixtures, vanity lights, pendants over existing boxes, and ceiling fans on fan-rated boxes.
  • Plumbing fixtures: kitchen and lavatory faucets, shower heads and valves trim, toilets, garbage disposals, and angle stops using existing rough-in.
  • Bath and accessibility hardware: mirrors, medicine cabinets, towel bars, robe hooks, and grab bars anchored into blocking or with appropriate hollow-wall anchors.
  • Not in scope: new circuits, panel or breaker work, recessed lighting where no box exists, relocating plumbing, and new drain lines. These require licensed specialty contractors.
  • Every plumbing fixture is water-tested and checked again before we leave the property.

For homeowners and residents

In homes we handle fixture refreshes room by room: kitchen and bath faucets, vanity lights, ceiling fans, flush-mount lighting, mirrors, towel hardware, and cabinet hardware — often bundled into a single visit for a whole-property update.

For businesses and property managers

For commercial spaces we replace failed lighting, restroom fixtures and hardware, and accessories, and can standardize hardware across a portfolio so replacements are simple and consistent.
