EZ Handyman SFL exists because most property owners in South Florida do not have a repair problem — they have a coordination problem. We built the company around taking the whole list. One visit, one point of contact, one invoice. That model only works if the work is genuinely good across a wide range of trades, so we hire people who have done this for years and we are honest about the boundary where a licensed specialty contractor takes over.
Everything we do is shaped by where we do it. Humidity, salt air, concrete block walls, hurricane season, HOA rules, condo access requirements, and a rental market with constant turnover all change how a repair should be done here versus anywhere else.
